Warehouses

HOC has several covered warehouses, in various locations throughout the UAE including bulk storage tanks for solvents along with automated handling equipment and specialized equipment for handling hazardous chemicals. The large and spacious warehouses enable us to stock enough inventories for our valued customers.

Transport

We maintain a fleet of dedicated ISO Chemical tankers, trailers and pick up trucks that deliver our products to our customers in the GCC on a daily basis. Also, we have developed a robust partnership with our carrier to ensure timely deliveries to export markets outside the GCC. Our professional customer service representatives, together with our carrier partners, cater to your requirements and see that your products are delivered on time.

Logistics

Proficient logistics is crucial. To reach this target we believe in long-term relationships with the appointed transport, shipping and forwarding companies. Our real-time inventory monitoring and management system allows for prompt online communication.

The company has years of experience in handling orders scheduled for long term deliveries, stocked at our warehouses, minimizing inventory carrying costs for our customers. This is coupled with a commitment to practice Just-In-Time service that has earned HOC a prominent name in the local market.

Our logistics team consists of highly motivated and experienced personnel, handling over 280 containers per month, ensuring all documentation and shipping needs are met in the most efficient and professional manner. Our services include:

Synchronizing with suppliers to ensure timely shipments

Assure documentation is in accordance with the client’s requirements

Offering a fully integrated tracking system, from the time the order is placed till the final delivery

Providing a buffer stock to maintain an additional level of inventory in case of shipments delay by our principal producer to meet the urgent orders of end users
